
Mr. Cohen has 35-years’ experience in operations and multi sector growth and distressed investing with the past 18 years dedicated to private credit, junior debt, and special situations. He is a Managing Partner of LBC Credit Management, a manager of ten middle market private credit funds, which he co- founded in 2005 and sold to CIFC Asset Management in 2021. Prior to LBC, he was an operating partner for LLR Partners, a middle market private equity firm and co-founded and was the Chairman and CEO of Globalcom Telecommunications which he sold to Comcast Corporation in 1997, where he served as Division President and CFO. Early in his career, Mr. Cohen worked in public accounting, real-estate, and the healthcare industries. Throughout his career, he has been a board member for many companies across diversified industries and is currently serves on the board for Cedar Electronics Corp and Diversified Maintenance Services representing LBC. Mr. Cohen has also served on numerous charitable boards, has been honored for his professional and charitable achievements and is a current member of the Board of Trustees for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Lay Employees Retirement Plans. He is a graduate of the Drexel University Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting.
