Ms. Huang has 10 years of experience in fund structuring, tax compliance, tax provision and tax audit. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Huang was at Ernst & Young, LLP, where she served clients in the private equity, credit and debt fund industries. There she also performed tax provision services to banking clients and assurance services to mutual funds. Ms. Huang holds a M.S. in Tax and a B.S. in Accountancy from Bernard M. Baruch College.
