Ms. Miller has 8 years of legal experience in corporate lending, structured finance and banking.
Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Miller was an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where she worked in the Alternative Investments Practice in the New York office advising banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, asset managers and other financial institutions across a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Ms. Miller holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Maine and a J.D. from Columbia University. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 2007.
