Mr. Nelson has 16 years of experience in the asset management industry with a focus on credit, public and private equity investment analysis, and mergers & acquisitions advisory.
Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Nelson was an investment analyst for Structured Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Nelson spent most of his career in investment banking with a focus on middle market companies in the asset management industry.
Mr. Nelson holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
